ELSMERE – After 13 years of no public bus service in the heart of their city, Elsmere residents are hopeful that buses will once again make stops near them. Currently, the only bus stops in the city are on on Dixie Highway, which is up to two miles away for many of the cities residents. Campbell County middle schooler in exclusive company with perfect score on ACT

Northern Kentucky 8th grade student Mitchell Turner is the first of his age in Campbell County to get a perfect score of 36 at such a young age and one of only a handful nationwide to accomplish that in recent years.
