Republican U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell and Democratic challenger Alison Lundergan Grimes punctuated their 2014 campaigns by voting Tuesday morning, presumably for themselves, although Grimes has been notoriously guarded about casting her personal election ballots. Election fraud hotline gets 52 calls from 26 counties early on Election Day

The Attorney General’s Election Fraud Hotline has received 52 calls from 26 counties, handling questions from vote buying to electioneering within 300 feet of polls. The hotline, 800-328-VOTE, fielded an allegation of vote buying or selling in Montgomery County, one call on election fraud in Jefferson County, and six complaints of electioneering within 300 feet of a polling station in Fayette, Jefferson, Kenton, Laurel, McCracken and Pike counties, according to a release from Attorney General Jack Conway’s office.
